Casa Cristalina

Las Terrenas is not a resort town. It is a village — French bakeries, Italian trattorias, fishermen hauling the day's catch into Pueblo de los Pescadores, expatriates from six continents, and a coastline that still feels, improbably, undiscovered.

Casa Cristalina sits on Playa de las Ballenas — Whale Beach — named for the humpbacks that pass Samaná Bay every winter. Two and a half hours from Santo Domingo. Forty minutes from El Catey International Airport. Everywhere, and yet nowhere at all.

Casa Cristalina is composed of nine low-rise buildings arranged across a 17,516 m² parcel on Playa de las Ballenas. The two beachfront blocks — A and I — house the largest residences. The seven interior blocks — B through H — sit around resort amenities, gardens, and quiet lanes.

Every home is delivered with a complete set of major appliances — stove, oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, full climate control.
